Hozefa Ghasia is the founder of ProFinance Services. He is a Chartered Accountant since 1987, qualified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) by The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) & Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He presently is jointly in charge of the entire operation with Co-Founder.


With an industry experience of more than three decades, his extensive experience in NBFC finance Industries Retail products – Vehicle loans, Business Loans, Two wheelers, Gold, Working Capital (Tyre, Fuel, Top up, Personal), manufacturing steel & paper industries, automobiles distributorship (sales, service, parts), Energy (Wind & Gas fired plants) and Auction Business physical & online (Automobiles), contributes to handling the Client’s compliance matters effectively and efficiently.


His niche lies in exploring establishing controls and fraud detection areas while carving out the strategic and operating capabilities of the Client's service conceptualization. Forging the foundations of the entity, he pitches himself to exponential advances in technology to match the pace and serve clients only the best.

B.Sc. | Diploma Mechanical

B. M. Patil is the founder of ProFinance Services. He is a B.Sc. & Diploma Mechanical Engineer and further qualified into PGDMS,PGDEM(Entrepreneurship Mgmt), PGDTM(Tax Management). He presently is jointly in charge of the entire operation with Co-Founder.


A dedicated career span of 33 productive years with a proven track record in commercial/private vehicles,Tractors and Construction Machinery & Equipment financing, staff management ,business networking and creating a sustainable professional ecosystem for business procurement and profit maximisation. Have demonstrated outstanding customer service with impeccable persuasive skills and mobilised the domestic and untapped human resources for exponential company growth and utilitarian ends. The thrust on territory development, goal oriented success strategies and product portfolio management actualised through astute business acumen in financial product marketing and Pan-India operations.


Have been instrumental in training and delivering the best business solutions .Have spearheaded many action motivated strategies and ascension graphs.
